FCDC works to support existing industry in our community. We work to support employee recruitment, retention, and training. We partner with Ottawa University, Neosho County Community College, area school districts, and numerous trade schools.
We also work closely with the Kansas Department of Commerce to inform industry of incentives and support at the state level for investment and expansion of existing industry.
